Mid-issue: Coffee Break by Avocado Republic — 3-point wellness shot for high performers.

Hybrid model between Borderless (global, service-heavy) and Founding Journey (personal + practical).

I come across a lot of fluff and garbage about business online, there’s a need for highly vetted, top tier curated global content that drives directly to solutions and partners’ services to start, grow and eventually exit your business.

This newsletter (and its related platform) is specifically suited for solopreneurs, founders with global ambitions from Day 1, and small bootstrapped/pre-seed/seed startup teams, looking for a safe and proven path and reliable partners. But it can also benefit SMBs wanting to expand, abroad or into other verticals, or even local corporates missing international connections and knowledge.

I personally vet and select each partner directly, talk to them, and have reviews from friends, colleagues or highly respected people about their operations. Or maybe I myself had worked with them or have some kind of direct experience with them.

For each geo location, I usually select only two partners in the same field: one entry level, for bootstrapped founders and one high-tier for more complex operations and companies with a budget.

Then you can always book a call with me, if unsure with the strategy, path or partners to choose, so to have a consultation and a guiding hand.

I stand on the shoulders of giants, having partners like Wilson Sonsini and Rosati as cross-ocean legal team between the UK and the US, as well as awesome Boston-based CPA James Baker; from the #1 global fiduciary Intertrust (representing brands like Nike, U2, Rolling Stones, Ikea) to digital nomad and expat #1 CPA and tax optimization expert Stewart Patton. From the Government Catalonia Agency to build in Barcelona to the East Europe focused agency Helpers; all the way to Hong Kong Financial Commission and Trade Agency, Italian Digital Service spinoff of Confindustriali and Miami-Cayman Islands-Latam focused Lazo.

In this newsletter, we will explore and suggest the best ways to start and grow a global business, eventually sell it, and how to stay healthy in the meantime, with our Coffee Break by .

Our differentiation point, though, is that, even if I can chat about strategy here and there, I do it from a legal/admin/financial/business development operations POV.

You won’t find here the latest AI frenzy, or the best way to build a SaaS product or to validate the market, as there are millions of good resources out there and I don’t feel adding anything of value to that.

Here you’ll find how to structure your EU-US operation to maximize the chance of getting funded or to avoid paying more taxes that you should; you’ll find the list of the best 10 UK accountants for AI startups; you’ll find the plan of how to expand to Asia via Hong Kong or Singapore and which banking partner to choose; how to setup in Italy without losing your mind. Stuff like that.

So see you onto the next number the 1st of WF weekly newsletter, coming out next Monday, July 28th 2025.

In WF 1 we’ll talk about:

  • a high-level overview of global incorporation options without going crazy with some of the available platforms and solutions out there, for DIY founders

  • we’ll see some cool jurisdictions in 2025 and what to do about it

  • in our coffee-break by we’ll chat about the power of magnesium for entrepreneurs, a sleep tip to wake up energized and a digital sunset habit

  • and in the end, in our Global Moves section, we’ll check some Nomad Visa updates in Spain and Thailand

As always, go global my friends: think big from day one, as the world is your oyster (no matter what they want you to perceive).

The world is your oyster
